We have new guidelines for CPR. Will someone who learnt the old standards still be able to save a life?
Yes. The new standards haven't really changed what you do in any important way. If anything, they are designed to make it a little easier to learn how to perform good CPR. Someone who is well trained in the old standards will do just fine.
